The SSS Monday Challenge for this week is 'Tape It Up'.
I used my only Jane Davenport product which is her gorgeous Peerless Watercolors. I used washi tape in the background but there is only a tad showing after adding layers over the top. You can just see a grid and a stripe piece showing.
My layers are:
-watercolour on spritzed card
-watercoloured tissue paper. Dried, then torn and added to the background with matt medium.
-splatter
-Gesso
-Washi Tape
-paste through a stencil
-gauze
-Oxford impressions stamped lady
-purchased enamel dots
-bottled enamelled dots
-purchased leaves and wee flower.
-die from Papertrey Ink (Bloom Builder #3) for the large flower
-buttons
-sentiments

Gorgeous card Karen! the background is fabulous, love how you used the tapes, and the textures and whole design of this is really AWESOME!! totally blown away by this!! I love how you used the inks and let them go onto the base card too, what a great effect! :-)
