The SSS Monday Challenge for this week is 'Sprinkles and Splatters'.
I did add sprinkling and splattering to this project but much of it is now covered. Droplets were knocked from a paint brush, expelled from a spray bottle, and the larger drops squeezed from an eye dropper.
My layers are:
-Kaiser Craft Designer Paper
-Gesso
-Distress Inks
-splatters and sprinkles
-paste through a stencil
-Tim Holtz Paper Dolls, Words, Gears, stickers and Ephemera
-Sizzix Thinlits Die Circle Mask Silver
-Stampin Up Arrow stamp
-purchased enamel dots
-purchased flower.
-drawn marker pen lines
Thank you for dropping by :)

ReplyDeleteSo beautiful Karen! Love the fresh look and colours...❤
ReplyDeleteKaren, I love your project. Perfect balance between ephemera and the Paper Doll. He's perfect sitting on the ephemera!! Beautiful job!
ReplyDeleteWow, wonderful collage here Karen! Love the guy with the flowers and soft colors. Great splatters and stitching! Thanks so much for sharing your amazing make with us at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge! hugs, Maura
ReplyDeleteIt's so much fun seeing all the different ways crafters place their "sitting" paper dolls. Your's is especially creative--I like the lighter background with the pops of color. IMHO there's just too much brown going on these days--ha!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely textured panel, with delightful springtime splashes of colour. Thanks so much for stopping by. I've had a scroll around your lovely work, and I'm signing up to follow.
