SASPC September 2018 Challenge - Anything Goes

I love Steampunk! I do. I love the costumes, the accessories and the colour, everything really. So to find San Dee & Amelie's Steampunk Challenges is such a treat...mixed media heaven.
Their Challenge for September, and if I have read correctly, every month, is Anything Goes. Perfect!

    That's a gorgeous panel - wonderful texture from the corrugate and the powders, and really haunting in its atmosphere and story-telling.
