Tim Holtz - 12 Tags of2016 - December

It's been a while since I had the chance to play with ink and paper. What better reason to get out my goodies than to make a tag for the last Tim Holtz - 12 Tags of 2016 ........on the last day of the year.

For the background, I wanted to use a lovely open weave hessian I had recently purchased. I did stencil it but it wasn't very obvious. I dabbed white acrylic paint across the tag and splattered it on the greens. I don't have the shadow press goodies (yet!) so used what I did have. I love the Holiday Greens dies, such beautiful shapes. Have purchased the mini version of this set too. I like how the tag turned out..........................
